Holding Lillard to less than 33% is a good defensive effort. Yes Lillard scored 21 but on 8-23 shooting you can live with that.

Bradley's problem on offense is other than a mid range jumper/long 2 off one dribble he can't really create his own shot. I think if the C's add a creator or a go to post scorer Bradley's offensive value really improves
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Bradley had a normal Bradley game.

He's not a bad player, with Green and Rondo gone he's got some added pressure of him. Except for a few carless turnovers, he's mostly doing fairly well. Many NBA teams would like to have a Bradley type on the team, he can't help it he forced to start on a team with no developed "star" at his position.

Being hard and impatient with him will not allow him to grow.

Bradley played well last night. He has been shooting better lately.

He just needs to be more careful with the ball handling.

I thought Sullinger's threes were bad too and Smart stunk it up.   I am willing to cut AB some slack as Portland's guards did not play that well.

I am of the opinion that he can play offense or defense but not both.   Something in his head, his focus or energy levels only allow him to do one of the other.  He is good at one, some games and good at the  other in others but rarely both.

You guys gotta give this up already , the Bradley hate is getting ridiculous. He's a very solid role player who gives you high level defense and a good jump shot. They're asking him to be an offensive focal point, which he is certainly not, because they don't have anybody else to do so.

He's being paid like the very good role player he is. In two years his 8 mil is gonna seem like chump change. It's not even bad right now .  The unjust hate for this guy is incredible.

Completely agree, it is getting EXTREMELY old to see stupid threads like this one (yes stupid, the title is "nice win, in spite of bradley" and the only words in the post are "enough said".) This and others like it are extremely low quality posts that bring down the overall quality of the board.

Seriously, cut it out.

i feel similarly when such bradley threads crop up. bradley had a good game and helped the celtics win, and some posters pile on and lambast him. i don't know why. it is as if he has become a hate-binky for some folks. just as the mere mention rondo drives some posters like lemmings to predictable arguments, so it may have become with bradley.

all in all, such threads make cb a boring place. however, i was pleased to read so many reasonable posts about bradley in this thread.

thank all you posters for those. and yes, i have been doling out tps by the bucketful.  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
