I remember taking a cab from the hotel to go see a game during 06-07, and the cabbie has one very pertinent question:

"The Celtics? Why?"

That's exactly what people have been asking me whenever they've seen me wasting spending free time on Celticsblog post Brooklyn trade.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Same here!! Its bad enough i'm from NYC so I receive a lot of hate from Knick fans when they ask me what team I go for. Its like im suppose to be a knicks or a Nets die hard fan. I was labeled "groupie" and told I have "No life".

I Mean i may not post as much as some of you guys but every time I come on I know ill have insight from...

Shaq Attack, RondoHondo, Triboy, Larry,LryBrd33. The guy with the DKC magic logo, (Hamster logo), D.O.S  (Roy guy schooling bout CBA) , (cheerios logo) and  who could forget when Chris22 started out! BIG SHOUTOUT TO ALL THE OTHERS I CANT THINK OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD!!!

I love posting on the game threads during fouls and time outs.. I actually feel part of a movement here! i'm 23 years old and been a Boston fan since Big Al was there (Older Brother put me on the right path)

4-12 and TD garden is sold out. We may either be rebuilding or retooling, but the future is uncertain, but it doesn't matter, because we support the team no matter what. All I know is I'm glad to be bleeding green with the rest of y'all.

Lets go Celtics!!!

they can post a 0-82 and I'll still bleed green...When things get tough, you don't bolt, you stay with them through the tough times!

amen.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

The proudest I have ever been to be at a Celtics game was for Game 2 of the 2008 finals (http://espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=280608002).

The second proudest was at the record setting 18th consecutive home loss.

Good times and bad I love this team.
