It's a very interesting idea.  I agree with the people who said they don't think Indiana would give us their unprotected pick, but if they were to add, say, top 10 protection for this year, they might be more amenable and I'd still consider that a solid return for Rondo.  I don't think Phoenix would be interested in Hibbert though; they're an up-tempo, spread the floor type of team and I don't see how Hibbert fits in there.  I do think they might have some interest in West; he's a great mid-range shooter so he wouldn't mess up their spacing and he's strong enough to play some small ball 5.  Maybe send West to Phoenix and give Hibbert to us?  I don't love Hibbert but I'd certainly take a flyer on him re-gaining his form if he's coming with three first rounders attached.

Adding " realistic" or "legitimate" to these zany proprosed trades does not make them more credible.

I don't see it for Boston or for Indy.

We give up Rondo and a couple of 1st rounders to get West and 3 1st rounders?  Not worth it to me.

And why would Indy ship out both of their good bigs when they aren't getting Rondo in return?

I would not make this trade for Boston.  Now if we are offering a package centered around Jeff Green to get Roy Hibbert, then I'm in.  West however is not a rim-protector that we need.  In fact I fail to see why he would be much of an improvement over a 3rd year Sullinger.
