Trade Rondo and Olynyk  to Atlanta for Al Horford.
trade jeff green and wallace for a second round pick from the bucks

Sign Avery bradley,Chandler Parsons, Isaiah Thomas and Bazemore

Thomas 20.3 ppg/Smart???ppg(share mins 50/50)
Bradley 14.9ppg/Bazemore
Parsons 16.6ppg/Young
Sully13.3ppg/Bass
Al Horford 18.6ppg/Joel Anthony/Iverson

We still have the TPE that Ainge can play with to get a good deal for someone trying to get.

Its not a amazing team but it's a young foundation.
For defense, Smart, bradley and Horford. Parsons is a good defender as well.
decent bench with young bass Thomas and bazemore.

this is a young team potential good area for FA stars in 2015 like kevin durant or lamarcus aldrige. or watch smart grow into a star along horford and maybe find another star in the stockpile of picks we still have. TPE might get a pick or two as well.

Nope.

Rondo, Olynyk, and the Clippers pick will not get Horford.
Trading Green and Wallace for nothing will require giving up a first round pick, not get a second round pick.

about  trading horford and I am willing because I think this is a strong young team.
we still keep both brookline picks which could be lotto picks. I willing to give up and the philly first round.

ATL wouldn't have a desire for Rondo given how well Teague has been playing. If they didn't have Teague, I think they'd do that trade. Maybe even straight up for Rondo given Horford's injury history.

Also, giving up Green & Wallace for the option to sign Parson . .. makes me think we'd be losing too much on the defensive side. Green / Wallace give us pretty solid perimeter D at all times.

Where in the links you provided are there any credible sources that the Hawks would consider trading Horford for Rondo, Olynyk and a late first rounder?  No way.

I really like your idea but i don't think atl is interested by Rondo. They already have Teague who played pretty well this season. Maybe a Green, Bass, Humph (s&t) & one first could bring us Horford but not a Rondo deal. However If you send Rondo & Wallace's expiring contract to Houston you can have Chandler Parsons & one 1st & everybody will be happy. ;)
