Also, nice Sully, if you wanna lose weight for real... CARDIO. Weights keep u solid, but you wanna lose the layer of fat, run and be active.

Also, nice Sully, if you wanna lose weight for real... CARDIO. Weights keep u solid, but you wanna lose the layer of fat, run and be active.

I don't think the video gives any insight into what he's actually doing condition wise. This is obvious eye-candy scripted TV for the lowest common denominator.

Very true and good point. I just hope he's out running 2-3 miles a day whether outside, on the treadmill or the elliptical just cardio up, Sully.

The only real thing I saw as informative in the video, was his goal of focusing on getting in shape rather than focusing on losing weight... I think that's an important distinction and one I agree with. At least for this off-season. But that doesn't mean there won't be any weight loss. Of course, the goal he set was for "by training camp" not the start of the season.

  I'd hope that the team's strength and conditioning coach knows what he's doing and has Sully on a good program.
