So he started the game in the bench, he also finished all those games. People love to call him a ballhog and say he couldn't play with another elite, ball dominant scorer. He's already played and made it to the finals with 2 of them.

What if the Rockets and Bulls DO clear enough cap space? I'd try hard as heck to get Kevin Love... because if the Knicks are faced with the very real possibility of losing Melo to the Rockets/Bulls for NOTHING... the prospect of a sign-and-trade with Boston sending back assets starts to look pretty appealing. Option 1: Melo leaves the Knicks and signs with the Rockets or Bulls .... Knicks get nothing in return.Option 2: Melo asks for a sign-and-trade to Boston. Boston sends back cap filler and whatever picks we have left after landing Love.

i would be more excited at the prospect acquiring of Melo than Love, tbh. If we can get both, then that team has definite championship aspirations.
Melo to Houston or Miami. I'll bet TPs against the field.
Love is 5 years younger than Melo. I'd rather build a young decent team, not a team centered around a guy on the back 9 of his career. 2008 was great and all, but would be nice to win and be young too.
