This has probably been mentioned, but it seems silly to "project" wins and losses without taking into account that our best player is due to come back for injury.
Basically, this projection is "if everything stays exactly as it is now". That doesn't seem likely.
exactly, as I said on page 1 this isn't a prediction or even a projection of what will happen, it is merely an extrapolation of 15% of the season and assuming the remaining 85% is exactly the same for every single team. It is silly to do that. Teams like Boston have injured players returning. Teams like Brooklyn have a lot of new pieces and a new coach. Teams like Cleveland and Detroit are young with talent, but they haven't all learned the nuances of the game yet. Etc.
