Aaron Hernandez recently wrote a pen pal a letter while incarcerated, in which he declares his innocence, saying his murder charges are God's plan, and even vowed to return to the NFL.

Obtained by TMZ, the letter has Hernandez saying the accusations against him are "false" and that he's "NOT GUILTY."

He also admits that people have turned their back on him, but is determined to prove people wrong and return to the NFL.

"Can't wait to sign [autographs] again when I'm playing again an [sic] prove all the haters WRONG," Hernandez wrote.

Hernandez has been accused of murdering semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd. He's currently sitting behind bars, after being denied bail, and awaits trial.

Bad form on whoever sold that to TMZ.

The trial will happen when it happens, but these kinds of things shouldn't be out there for public consumption.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Aaron Hernandez has to be the only person to write to a pen pal since about 1982
