I think they would have been happy playing our their careers in green.

But they must be intrigued at the thought of playing on a team as stacked as the Nets have become.  I'm happy for them...it should energize them...

KG would not have agreed to the move if he wasn't happy with it.

Oh, I see. So from the entire post the only comment is a snide remark correcting the OP on the location of the city.

When everyone and their mother knows when I mistakenly said Jersey I was obviously referring to the "Brooklyn Nets".

I appreciate the geography lesson but seriously if that's all you had to say why even post a reply?
You could always just graciously change the post title and acknowledge making a simple substitution error. (like me calling one of my dogs the others name)

Or you could go full out and try to start a flame war about it.

lol so he makes an honest mistake in calling a team by the name they had last year, people try to be smart alecs about it (condescendingly so), and he has to change the thread title?
smh...i will never understand the rules/mods on this blog

to comment on the thread tho, i've been saying this forever. Paul certainly has no worries. Neither does KG...I think KG would've liked the Clippers idea to go thru, but this is a great back up plan. Boston was nice, but they're moving on. they're not nearly as 'torn up' about it as we are.

Really? They're in new York? You're kidding right? Thank "God" that has been cleared up once and for all.

...

Kgainez - TP, you nailed it. Mistake of habit re Brooklyn/Jersey. Outside of that geographical horror of a mistake, I think the point of the post and for which I was asking opinions on was fairly clear.

But let's not comment on the post, let's sarcastically ride the OP.

Love it...

You know you can easily edit the title/post of this topic & change the "New Jerseys" to "Brooklyns" since people commenting on it seems to annoy you so much. Would probably take less time and effort than replying to all the posters.

If that many people are mentioning the NJ, maybe it means people aren't finding the content of the post compelling.

You can choose to ignore the NJ comments.
