Just realized another one I'm pretty annoyed by:

How does one state the possessive form of "you guys"? For you it's 'your', for he it's 'his', for 'they' it's 'their'... for "you guys" or "y'all", it's....?? 'Y'all' isn't even used that much, I guess. But I sure hate saying "you guys's"
