Should the team watch the heat ring/banner ceremony, or stay in the locker room?

While watching and listening, picture it being you a year from now. Then begin to stew about the fact that it isn't you. Watch Lebron and Dwayne do their self-satisfied grin and wave. Get mad. Look at Ray as he's thinking he'll be a part of this ceremony next year. Get angered. Listen to the crowd and imagine each one of them thinking "not 1, not 2, not 3..."  Get motivated by it. Get infuriated by it. Hold onto it!

But on the outside show respect.

My comments above weren't all that smart.  Posters are correct (and Doc too) that this team doesn't need motivation.  The more I thought of it the better I think it is for the C's to stay in the locker room till its over -- probably is even more respectful too -- better than standing out there stone-faced watching while the Heat get their rings.
