i think in the regular season we will have the better record than Atlanta cause they will need to rest the old guys and we have more depth, dont get me wrong though they are a really good team

I think your team is going to suffer for the following reasons, but this is just me:

#1) Stephen Curry will miss some games, and he'll play some games hurt. Point is a deep position in the league, but without one who is capable, you're trying to drive a car with a complicated set of pulleys (pullies? Puppies?) instead of a steering wheel.

2) Chauncey Billups, even if he manages to play all 82 like he says, won't even be ready for big minutes at the 2 until March

3) you're playing a frontcourt big minutes with 2 guys who play center as their best position, and one guy who plays PF. You should've traded one of Gortat or Crash for a real honest to goodness SF, or Ryan Anderson/Ilyasova

4) you're overrating Gortat, I'll get more into that if you want.

5) the depth at your 3 is nonexistent. You're filing a 3 hole with 2 4s.

Your suppose to ask question, it would have been understandable if i would have asked you what you thought of my team but i didnt. I really dont want to even reply to any of your statements as i will be wasting my time as you will say something again and i will have to reply to it, sorry just not in the mood :)

Come on, bro. Every team on here gets criticized. He was just simply stating his concerns. You're not required to answer. Although, I would recommend you reply in defense of your team. That's what press conferences are all about.

Yea i understand that every team gets criticized i just love how he knows that curry is going to get injured, i never overrated Gortat i just said he was a 15 and 10 guy which are his stats so i dont know how im overrating him

Here is why in my mind you're overrating Gortat:

1) his 15ppg number is inflated. Steve Nash makes everyone better offensively, maybe more than anyone in the league. He knows his guys and he knows where they need the ball, and where they'll be most effective. In truth, Gortat is a middling offensive center who is a good finisher but needs help getting to the hoop. Before Nash helped him hike up his stats, he was still getting 74% of his shots around the rim from assists. With Nash, and the corresponding bump, it went up to 84%.

He also had no good rebounders around him. Frye, Morris, Warrick, none of those guys are decent rebounders. With another good or great (2 of them on your team), and without Nash's help getting looks, and with a better second (or first, depending on how you see Curry) option in Gasol, I think his value to you goes way way down.

On your team, I think he's more of a 12 and 8 kind of center.

^That's why the Phoenix Suns are the best team in CB league.
PHX Suns: Russell Westbrook, Chris Bosh, Tristan Thompson, Trevor Ariza, Tony Allen, Trey Lyles, Corey Brewer, Larry Nance Jr., Trey Burke, Troy Daniels, Joffrey Lauvergne, Justin Holiday, Mike Muscala, 14.6

Yes but if you would have Gortat you wouldnt say that would you just like with Amare you made the Amare and Bogut pairing seem the best, Amare ended up having a bad year and Bogut was injured, and here is what the rotation might look like as you keep on thinking billups is going to play 40+ minutes a night

Curry 28 Billups 10 Nelson 10
J.R Smith 21 Lou Williams 27
Gerald Wallace 28 Beasley 10 Novak 10
Pau Gasol 32 Hawes 9 DeJuan Blair 7
Marcin Gortat 32 Hawes 16

Sorry, I was replying to this:

It's easy to get fatigued by the examination process. Don't let it get to you. Notice, I didn't say youd have a bad team, but that it would suffer for the points I brought up. You have a good team.

The thing is though i could also bring up some points like:

1) Dwyane Wade is in decline he is 30 years old and you could definetly tell by the playoffs
2) Paul Pierce is in decline he is 35 years old and you could definetly tell by the playoffs
3) Brendan Haywood is your starting center
4) You are overrating Jarrett Jack
5) What is Jack playing SG or PG either way one position will have a not so good backup
6) You have a dinosaur on your team :)

Well I think all of those have already been brought up, and I've talked about all of them, even the fact that Chris Bosh is secretly a velociraptor. But if you wanna talk about them more, bring it up in the thread. I'll give it my best college try.

I could easily go to every sport website like 82games espn mysynergy or whatever you look at and prove these to you, i still think of you guys as a contender though and i will still put you guys as number 1 in the east as we look at the team and not at who manages it :)

First if you could easily prove these things you should. Nobody wants a bad team advancing just because nobody took a good shot at them.

Second, I've got nothing against you or JSD, and I hate when people say that 'guess it depends who is managing the team' stuff. If I looked at it like you say there, I'd think most of the GMs here hate me, because just about everyone has had one critique on my team or another.

I know this, because I am keeping a detailed list on every GM, and it's totally not called 'people to kill' or written in my dead mothers lipstick.

(don't worry Yoki. You're good. You're not on the list)

Well I took Amare after his first year in NY, not after his last year in Phoenix. Also, I was wrong, he was way more brittle than I believed. Second, I underestimated just how bad Bogut's luck was.

And third, I've been wrong before, we all have. We've been right too. That's what makes this interesting to me. Maybe Wade falls off a cliff next year, maybe Paul finally gives into father time and becomes a average or worse small forward. Maybe Jarret Jack kills a guy over a pair of pumas.

I don't know. I'm not a doctor.

All you can do is say what you think about how your players, listen to what other people think about your players, and then tell them why they're wrong and obviously personally motivated by some sort of petty agenda to attack your team.
