Battier is a one-dimensional player at this point...3 and D.

Isn't 3-D three dimensions?   8)

I don't think that Bradley should be thrown onto Allen. Although he is a terrific defender, he is best suited for on ball defense, which would be best utilized on Wade

I have a feeling Rondo is going to guard Allen, especially when Bradley and Wade are also on the court.

Who's guarding the Heat's PG?

I very much doubt you'll see Rondo on Allen in any shape or form, you really don't want him running around following Allen through screens. Allen would kill him, and would kill him in the post.

There's really no reason to put Rondo on Allen.

not to mention the height difference between the two and allen would not kill him in the post http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_7bY9m4zfE ray allen is not a strong guy compared to other guards (im not saying that rondo is strong)
Odds that i can dunk?

I predict we will be #1 over the circus that is the Miami Heat...

My pic is now, and will be Fab Melo until he posts his first official NBA dbl-dbl. This may be permanent.

I expect our minutes to be something like this:

KG 28 Wilcox 14 Sullinger/Melo/Free agent 6
Bass 30 Sullinger 12/Green 6
PP 28 Green 20
Bradley 22 Lee 22 Jet 4
Rondo 34 Jet 14

KG should be able to play as hard as he can. No one should be getting tired or taking plays off. Everyone has something to prove, and hopefully they will play like it. I think they will shoot for homecourt and have a real shot at it but come up short near the end because they won't want it enough. I hope Im wrong and they get it and go 67-15. There are a lot of keys but we need to see a couple guys play the best they ever have(Green, Rondo, Lee, Bass) and Sullinger to be solid

I'm surprised by all the low predictins for the Nets.  Deron, JJ, Wallace, Humpheries, and Lopez is a pretty scary starting lineup.  That's 4 all-stars and a very decent player; all relatively young so they can play big minutes (ie bench strength is not that much of a factor).
