Incredible experience, see KG ::), is unforgettable.

  C's need to KG, he is the leader and soul of the team, still in the top 3 defenders in the league, and the offense he is still very good yet.

Saw KG getting into an escalade limo at Bush Intl this mornin on my way to the airport for my flight back to Boston.

i mean, "it would be the highlight of my life" is a disconcerting statement.

and being thrilled to have a Celtics player looking your girlfriend up & down made you happy ? would you have been even more excited to have Green take her back to his room ?

I don't mind if guys check out my girlfriend. If you have an attractive girlfriend you should expect this, doesn't bother me  in the slightest. If you're insecure and it bothers you that's your own issue.

I wasn't actually being serious about being excited that he was checking out my girlfriend, hard to transfer the humour part of the story to the internet I guess.

Although I was very excited and happy to say hello and have him say hi back.

Regarding the OP and his 'excitability', I don't think it's concerting at all to regard it as one of the highlights of your life to meet your idol and someone you look up to.
If someone loves Michael Jordan or Bill Gates and gets to meet them and chat to them, that could definitely be a lifetime highlight. Why couldn't it be?
