I don't think coming off the bench bothers Ray.

However, I do think the constant trade discussions bother him.

If Ray Allen leaves, I think it'll have more to do with stability for himself and his family than whether or not he is given a starting position.

You know, there's a really simple to solution to that.  Sign a one year deal with a player option for the 2nd year.  Such a contract comes with a no-trade clause built in.

Well accoridng to Sean Deveney it's not true...  People need to calm down.  This is part of the silly season, lots of rumors most of which aren't true...

Amid reports linking him to Heat, Ray Allen has not decided where to play next

"According to an NBA source, all indications are that Allen “hasn’t made any decisions yet as to where he’s playing.”

  • Feyenoord, Arsenal & Celtics forever!
Ever since Ray is linked with the Heat, I have a disturbing picture in my head of him making a crucial three pointer when we'll meet them in the playoffs next season. Just brutal.

Please let this not be true, please let Ray don't join the Heat. Pleassssssssssssssssssss

Exactly what I think.
If he goes to Miami (I personally won't believe it until I see it) he's not starting because Wade will and he won't get paid as much. I believe and he's said it before its stability for his family.
I will be disappointed if he were to go to the Heat but I can see where he was coming from.
I really do hope it's not true though.
