Great all around day for RR. By this performance, did he capture the eyes of other GM's and will most certainly be traded or did he give Danny pause with a  'if you trade me, this is what you will miss' thought.

I will admit I struggled with this and I'm really not sure if Danny will pull the trigger unless he gets a legit 5 and a PG back for 1 more run.

I will go on record as saying that D Howard will not be joining the C's.... I just don't think the 'market' is big enough for him.

If the rumors are true, the Celtics are looking to trade him not because of the talent, but because they don't feel he has the constancy and mind set to be the guy they build the next team around.


Then this type of game is what they want to see to increase his trade value. 


The good news though is that this type of game makes it less likely they will trade Rondo for a collection of role players and mid to late draft picks.

I don't think any one game is going to affect Rondo's trade value, or the Celtics' perception of him.  I think it would take a stretch of 10+ games or so where Rondo is playing very aggressively and at a high level.
