A non traditional idea for signing free agents

Since there is concern real free agents won't come here....what if we signed not real free agents? I think if we signed these people to very creative contracts we might have a shot at attracting free agents. The problem is if other teams do something similar.  Anything to avoid the international search for the next Jeremy Lin or any other "were gonna" free agents

1 Muhammed Ali

2 Rihanna

3 Kate Upton....has the added benefit of messing with Mark Sanchez

If NBA free agents thought they'd be around these people every day I think we might be able to attract real free agents.
