I just don't get why everyone is attacking each other... this is a forum where you discuss the good and the bad because it's all about Celtics! Just because you feel one way doesn't mean we can't discuss it with at least a modicum of decorum!

You are 10000000% right this is a .500 team we are 4&4 and in two weeks we will be a .750 and in 3 weeks a .776 team  and in four weeks a .690 team yada yada etc.. etc..

Are we as bad as the team that started 0-3?

I don't think so.

I don't think so.

Are we going to finish the season at .500 or just slightly better?

I don't think so.

Honestly, I think there is enough bad teams to do very well against and we'll put together wins in at least 50% of the games between the really good teams. Yes, back to backs and beyond will be a killer and we'll lose our share of them but we'll play more good than bad and I think tonight was just a very bad night. Pierce won't go 3-17 very often.  

I'd say by the end of the season conservatively we'll be somewhere around .600 - .650. (39 - 42 wins) baring major injuries.
