yep, unless danny pulls something out of his rear at this point, you can book the knicks as winning the atlantic and earning the 3rd seed.

the knicks are better than us at SF, PF, and C already, and if they add crawford and a decent PG off amnesty (e.g. baron davis), they could have an arguably better starting 5.  especially if we're starting chris wilcox for 20 games.

unless of course the nets trade for dwight howard.  then they'll probably win the division.  in which the celtics could actually be 3rd in the division.  seriously.

 So, how are the Thunder making out in free agency so far?


the Thunder are making out just fine because they've already got a top-of-the-league team in place. 

Westbrook - Harden - Durant - Ibaka - Perkins.

No changes necessary.

They signed first rounder Reggie Jackson (who Brooks is very high on) and I think they gave Daequan Cook the QO, but other than that theyve stayed mum.  Theyre a championship contender already, and do not need much.

nah, B.S. on that.  JO isn't useless, and he's an expiring contract.  there are teams who would've taken him on, im sure, as long as it didn't put them over the cap. 

im convinced NO just won't help out any big market teams.  would look bad for the league, supposedly.
