I have thought all along that the pieces are there for a VERY dominant post-season.  I have the following questions though:

1) Will Doc's offensive sets & rotations continue to be bad.
2) Will Shaq + Jermaine combine to play at least 35 minutes at center  (that's my threshold of success).
3) Is Rondo healthy, and if so, will he mentally show up.
4) Will the leaders of the team really take charge.  KG has taken charge on the defensive end, Pierce has usually taken charge on the offensive end (but could do more), but Ray has been too quiet at times.  Ultimately if more shots are going to Davis than the big 3 then it's up to the big 3 to do something about it.  If the offense stinks then the big 3 need to do something about it.

And I think we are looking good for all 4 things above.  I don't know that, but I think we're closer to a positive answer for them than most people think.

Play devil's advocate for a minute and try to find all of the reasons that the Celtics will stomp the competition in the playoffs.  My guess is that if you were ONLY looking for positives, you'd find more reasons with the Celtics than any other team in the East.  The comparable team in the West? The Lakers.
