It's hard to guess at West's playing time based on the games he did play because Rondo was out for three of those five games, but it looks like the minutes would break down along the lines of 15-18 for West and 10-12 each for Robinson and Daniels in games that aren't blow-outs. I could see Doc giving Nate's second half minutes to Wafer some of the time that Robinson has a bad first half, but you also have to wonder what sort of chemistry a Wafer-West backcourt will have. Daniels could pick up some extra minutes as the occasional nominal PF in a small lineup when Doc wants to go with that options or is forced to, due to foul trouble/injury. Of course, West is the kind of injury-prone player who seems to miss as many games as Jermaine O'Neal, so Robinson is likely to get a few more minutes that way.
Something like 18 mpg for West, 15 for Daniels, and 11 for Robinson, with Wafer getting a DNP-CD in about half the games, seems a quite reasonable expectation. If you think West stabilizes the second-string offense and prevents fewer collapses, leading to more bench-emptying blowouts, that's probably worth an extra mpg on average.
