I would if I were one of the following people: Stan Van Gundy, Phil Jackson or Doc Rivers. There's not many coaches out there that could handle the personalities and command respect. I don't even think Riley will get through to this team.

There are alot of coaches that I could name off the top of my head who would probably be a great fit with this team. I'm saying that Erik Spoelstra is a terrible coach or anything, however right now it's pretty early in the season so who knows.

If the Miami Heat go on a huge run and have a relatively strong record by the All-Star break then I'm sure Heat fans can look back on the beginning of the season as if it isn't as big of a deal for their team to be struggling out of the gate. If they have a mediocre record in the East by the midway point of the season then I'm sure that quite a few people will be dissatisfied with the Heat organization, however it's still too early to say that Spoelstra isn't a quality coach.

If the Heat aren't a top four team in the East by Christmas then I'd definitely be worried about their chances of advancing far in the playoffs in their first season together.

Hmmm...make a decent salary, destroy Miami's chances of winning by letting LeBron do whatever he wants, then write a tell-all book about what an ass he is after I am fired.

Sounds good to me.

Yeah but I would trade Lebron away 1st. He simply is not coachable.

Yeah. I would want to coach the Heat, just so I could be the guy to get in Lebron's face and be like "Who the hell do you think you are? Michael Jordan?"
