I'm not panicking. Just a bad format 2-3-2. I figured we were going to lose the 1st game. The Celts are a lazy team. They have to be threatened in order to wake up and play well. If we don't win game 2 kiss the next Banner bye bye because we won't beat LA 4 out of 5.  We are a fading dream of Ainge.

I agree that the Celtics need to be challenged.  Even Ainge said they play better with their backs against the wall.  I hope that comes true in game 2.

I feel like last night's game was like a party. You know, the kind of hyped up party you (and maybe others, too) pump yourself up for for months. Then you get there, things are kind of lame, the beer is warm, the music is just terrible, most of the people there are jerks and the girl you want ends up with some loser wearing a Laker jersey. You go home, very disappointed and go to bed. When you wake up, you are kind of hung over until you realize there will be other and better parties to attend. I hope and think that Sunday's party will be better.

Go Celtics!

I'm just hoping what we saw tonight was the Celtics not rising to the level of the competition - the only other explanation is that the level of competition is just a notch above them.  I don't think that's true, but I'm worried.

That, and old guys needing to shake the rust off after a week off.  Series isn't over.  I'm looking forward to Game 2 (on my birthday, no less).

I hope and think that Sunday's party will be better.

Go Celtics!

Everyone is welcome to attend my birthday party!  Should be a blast.
Celtics fan for life.
