"If I take the MLE can I come play with you next year?" ;D
Good food, like good music and good love, always requires a little sweat in the making in order for it to be truly memorable.

And KG responded "No!"

Lebron said "Pleeeeaasssee?"

KG said "Absolutely not".

Lebron said "Pretttyyyy pleeeasssee"

KG said "Well not for the MLE. The minimum maybe. But you have to promise to always do your best"

"Oh I will. I will"

"No!  Ha HA HA HA !"

The more I think about it, the more it makes sense for him.  Seriously, where else will he really learn what it takes to play winning, unselfish basketball?  He make so much of his money through endorsements, how much would he really lose from taking a 2-3 year apprenticeship with the C's while he learns about leadership, heart, and delivering in crunch time.  And when he's done, he'll be, what, 28?  Hitting his prime years and able to sign a fat max contract and run his own team.  If nothing else it would be an unprecedented way to rehab how he is being portrayed now - as an amazing talent who's more interested in self-promotion and becoming a billionaire than actually winning titles.

Not that it would ever really happen, of course....
