Great thread.  I really thought Game 1 was the key to our chances.  We were rested and ready.  The first half was great.  Unfortately, the C's could not keep it going.  Also unfortnuate is the fact that the C's are not likely to be as good playing with only 1 day off in between games as they'll have to tomorrow. Game 1 was an important game to win, and now I think winning Game 2 is a must.  The Cavs will not lose 2 in Boston.

Regarding Pierce: If you game plan for Pierce as less of an offensive go-to guy, then aren't you also saying that the focus is to game plan defensively against Lebron?   Begs the question, who defends Lebron best? Or, what rotation best defends Lebron (perhaps throwing a revolving door of looks at him)?  Marquis and Tony have to be in the mix.  OK with me. let's see if a rested Pierce can make Lebron work in the 4th.

I believe Sheed and Baby have to come up big. Yes...Sheed. He's got to hit the easy ones and he didn't yesterday.  Baby has to stay out of foul trouble early so he can play his all out game late.  Shelden should get a few hustle minutes.
