After a hot start to the season (14-6), Bill Russell's Celtics failed to win 50 games for the first time in 11 years. All the media suggested that the greatest team of all time was out of gas, they were just too old to compete with the more athletic teams they'd have to go through...

Definitely some similarities with the two teams here. If the Celtics can persevere for the next two months, this will be the sweetest title for me, by far.
