Laimbeer still a real jerk.......Can I root for Wolves anymore?

Well its hard to root for Rambis and Lambeer.

I can root against Lambeer.
I find it hard to root against Rambis.  He reminds me too much of Milhouse (from the Simpsons).  i just feel sorry for him.

I respect Rambis. We constantly play the clip of McHale's classless clothesline, but he has been pretty graceful about it. He does not care for replaying the clip, but he doesn't say anything offensive.

I can't blame Laimbeer for his dislike of the Celtics considering history, but he was definitely a player who deserved to be disliked.

While I don’t condone Laimbeer’s comments to Dickerson, this mentality is good for sports and the NBA. I’m sure he knows that any Boston media person will want to talk to him about the great rivalry with the Celtics. And, I’m sure Laimbeer genuinely hated those Celtics teams and resents the Franchise.

I also agree. Tommy still hates some teams that were rivals and we love him for that.

I can understand why Bill hates Boston, he got spit on an yelled at, he couldn't go out for dinner with out being verbally or physically harassed.  On the other hand I absolutely hate BL, least favorite player ever. 

And he got his comeuppance from a toddler. My dad used to get Sports Channel seats behind the visitors bench and we would go once a month and always to a rivalry game.  And the moment I got into those tunnels I lost my mind. 

We were at a Pistons game one night and I was razzing Detroit.  There was roughly 4 minuets left in the game, it was tight, tensions were high.  Daly calls a time out and Bill takes a seat right in front of me.  I get up walk right up to his bench chair and kick the seat as hard as I can and scream "hey laimbeer your a bum!"

He turns around to deck the person that kicked the chair and the BPD security guy had his arm around me walking me back to my chair looks at him and says "ya bill you gonna hit a kid? he's right, you are a bum!"
