Has anyone noticed Vince Carter has been to almost all of the Orlando home games? What's his status with the Nets? Do you think they are looking to keep him on past 2010? I'm going to predict that if the Magic can't sign Turk this offseason they will trade their $16 Million dollars worth of expiring contracts (Tony Battie, Rafer Alston, JJ Redick, Anthony Johnson) and bring in Carter.

Doesn't Vince Carter live in Orlando during the offseason?

I think he was born and raised somewhere in Florida too, perhaps Orlando.

The Houston Rockets should trade Tracy for Carter. That's the Vince trade that I want to see.

I don't see the Nets taking on $7 million more next season for a worse player. Although, If the Nets included Bobby Simmons and the Rockets agreed I could see it happening.

He grew up in Daytona Beach, so he may just be going to games in his home town. VC would be a downgrade over Turkgolu though.

LOL If I was a Houston fan Id want the team to stop shopping in the injury prone section of the NBA if I was them.

VC is no longer much of a slasher. More of a jacker of 3s. I'd take him over McGravy thou.
