no further action because it wasn't a flagrant. it was an attempt at a hard foul that missed, largely because rondo is 6 feet tall and miller is 7, and the play happened in one second. the league recognized that. rondo was trying to hack miller on the arm. he just missed. it happens plenty of times. if it wasn't for miller taking a dive into pierce's elbow and the floor afterwards (both of which caused the real damage), this wouldn't even be an issue. bulls fans already got a huge break last night with the bogus calls on ray allen that didn't get called on any of their guys. if ray was not in foul trouble due to that nonsense, we wouldn't have needed rondo to give a hard foul in the first place.

if it were a true conspiracy the league would say:

Rondo's foul on Miller was flagrant and because it affected the finish of the game, we gave Miller the basket then simmed it out on NBA 2k9; the bulls won by 30 in OT

The ball was right there for a minute, Rondo swiped at it, then hit "The Great Pumpkin" that is Millers head.......It just happened to be Millers Time...!
