Does anyone else have twitter and think that anyone following you must be really really bored?
I've only had it for a few weeks but if anyone really cares what im having for lunch or what im doing at this second then i feel bad for them.
"Sam Cassell was heckling on the sideline when I walked down, He looked at me and was like, ‘You're getting the ball, I know you're getting the ball!'
said Allen.

And did Cassell, a man of many words, have anything to say after that?

"No, I told him he needed to wear a tie."

You are correct. I don't have it because I don't care.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
maybe slightly off topic..but....

Twitter? You twit her, you brought her.

Twitter? I barely know her!

No but seriously twitter is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of, and I find it really depressing its so popular. I can almost hear us getting dumber...like a great sucking sound...

Twitter coming out is the very first time I've ever truly felt old enough so I no longer get pop culture.

1. If you actually answer the question at the top of the Twitter page "What are you doing?" then by definition you are doing it wrong.  If you treat it like an opt-in chat room, then you are doing it right.

2. With that said, I'm already getting sick of it.  I'm ready for the next big thing.

3. I use it 70% for promoting CB (http://twitter.com/celticsblog) and 30% for talking to other bloggers (who are invariably promoting their own blogs)

It makes sense for someone with something to say, like with a blog, but for a regular person like me, who does nothing fun, its just going to work, coming home, going to work.

lol..I do understand why following your closest friends would be useful. And maybe even why following celebs would be popular...but random people following random people...I don't get it.
