Patrick,

Ever since the first time I saw your 7'0 foot gangly frame I knew...I will be in VERY capable hands. The happiest day of my young life was when Patty O arrived in Boston. "Finally someone I can commit to...for 82 games a year, I won't have to worry about you leaving me." (Or so I thought...) For 48 minutes each night I knew me and Patty O were going to be together and it was the happiest time of my life.

Over the last five months you've continued to surprise me.
I never knew that seven footers who were signed to be an inside presence could stand around and only shoot threes during warm ups...but you did it.

I never knew that it was physically possible for someone standing within 10 feet of KG not to even realize they were attending, let alone PLAYING in a basketball game.

I never heard anyone snore on the bench in the first quarter...but you did it.

I never thought I'd find my perfect compliment...

I never got to say goodbye....

To my old friend, who I barely knew.

Best wishes..knock e'm dead...break a leg...and don't forget to write.

Very Truly Yours,
The End of the Bench

 ;D

Well done, huzy.  Nice entertainment to find at 230 in the morning after a disastrous loss.
