I think this is going to be part of the argument when some people here want to trade this guy.  He's just too classy and even if his skills do diminish, he's still the best locker room guy on this team.  I am on the boat who'd like to resign him once his contracts up, I personally think he can turn into a Reggie Miller type player and contribute until he's 36 or so.
do it

Total agreement here.  Ray needs to retire a Celtic.  He is one of the classiest guys in the NBA.  I wish we could hear him speak more in the post game with KG and Paul.
"Coach you were 24 and 58 last year, why the playoff talk?"
"Well we made a couple of key trades . . . and we got The Funk."

If Ray is realistic about his value as he ages then I'd love to keep him until the end.  This guy has icewater in his veins.  He's amazingly accurate in clutch situations.  The anti-House.

Something is wrong if Ray Allen doesn't get to the NBA All-Star game.

I wonder how all those "Let's Trade Ray" posters feel now.....

MVP of the team so far this season.

Fantastic shot today, by the NBA's consummate professional.

Maybe they are just showcasing him ::)

I`ll say it once again:

Ray Allen has been my favorite NBA player since I saw his first game.

I don´t know exactly which game it was, all I can remember was that I watched a double-header with Milwaukee and Minnesota, and the commentator said the whole time what a smart move it was for Minny to trade Ray Allen for Marbury. I also remember how angry I was at this guy back then. I guess I was right.

Since then, whenever I played NBA Live Dynasty, the first thing I always did was to acquire Ray Allen. I won countless, virtual championships with Pierce and Allen at the wings. It´s just great to have a chance to see this in reality, and thankfully (and hopefully) with the same success.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

I *love* Ray Allen.  Arguably, he was the most underrated guy on the team last season.  That being said, I think we'd be hard-pressed to call him the best locker room guy on the team.  His persona is absolutely classy, but by all indications, he's got a bit of a prickly personality, and he's clashed with several teammates (Pierce, KG, Rondo), due in part to his borderline obsessive-compulsive habits and his preference not to deviate from routine.

I don't want to imply that he's a jerk, or that he is a cancer; he's not.  From time to time, though, his eccentricities have been known to cause conflict.

I love Ray Ray. He and Paul at the end were just sublime. So fitting that it was in the city of brotherly love ;D Rondo/KG could be facing some tough bromance competition here.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.
