scal is a likeable guy and fun to root for (and laugh at), but lets call a spade a spade....dude is garbage!

And though his game may be garbage, what makes all of ours seeing as I don't see anybody on an NBA roster on this blog.   ::)  Seriously he's better than anybody at basketball on this blog.

are you serious?!  obviously he is better than anyone of us on the blog....he is a PROFESSIONAL.  how about keeping things in perspective.  are you naive in thinking that my post implies that i, or anyone else on the blog, is a better player?!  do i, and everyone else on the blog, need to preface everything we post by saying "within the context of the nba....".

I wasn't saying it was you, but people in general on this blog. I get the opinion some people think they are better than Scal too.  I just happened to quote you.  No need to jump on my case...I presume its a big jedi outbreak problem this week and that caused you to react like that.   ;)  No hard feelings man.

in the future, you should point out that you are generalizing.  if you quote a person's post and respond to it, it is highly likely the person will think you are speaking to them or reponding to their post, thus the quote with the persons name.

You contradict yourself in your reply back but its cool, I'm not here to argue nor do I want to.

Scal has always been a very good defender.  He is one of the best team defenders they have, and is a very good one on one defender, who can play both on the perimeter and down low.  The question has never been about his defense, it has been whether he can play within himself offensively.  He did a great job of doing that last year when he was filling in for Garnett, and hopefully he can do that now that he looks like he might be making his way into the rotation.
