Man HBO this season is awesome.  True Blood is great, just absolutely fantastic.  Entourage is as good as ever.  Little Britain USA is hilarious.  HBO is just flat out on the ball.

I don't have HBO any more but have heard nothing but good things. I used to love the Oz-Sopranos-Sex and the City (thats right I said it) era, thought those with Six feet under and Deadwood, was probably some of the best TV ever. Maybe when flight of the conchords starts up again I will be back, until then I wait for DVD.

buffy 2.0 isn't impressing me so far, but all the rest of those are good.

I still miss the wire, though it was time for that to go before it got doomed to repetitive cop stories.

I think it is ok, has anyone watched the "life and times of tim"  that is what saves it for me, the show is hilarious.  They now have 24/7 for the calzaghe jones fight which is really cool as well.

I don't even have cable right now, let alone HBO but I wanted to agree with you crownsy.  The Wire was, in my opinion, the best thing ever to be on television besides the moon landing.

OH CRAP better recover - and Celtics games!!!

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I'd rather Dexter and Californication than Trueblood and Entourage. Trueblood is really good, but I don't really see where its going (or like I guess....)

Entourage should have half as many episodes that are twice as long. Those episodes are so short, just them arriving at a place takes up half the time.

Little Britain is terrible. I can-not stand it. And they copied the idea from Showtime's trace ullman show. Awful.

Life and Times of Tim I need to look at.

But if you want some good television this fall, TV is just flat out awesome right now.

Sons of Anarchy, Life, Eli Stone, Fringe, My Own Worst Enemy, Friday Night Lights, Chuck....just awesome. Great time to get Pneumonia if you have a DVR.

True Blood is AWFUL - worse than John from Cincinatti.

Cannot wait for FOTC to come back, i've worn out my season 1 DVD's already.

I think FOTC is still too obscure to be its own acronym.

BUT, did anyone see that "Chuck" used the french song? Its my favorite song. Foodoo fah-fah....foodoo faf-ah, faf-ah, faf-ah.....

To each their own but really Eli Stone, My Own Worst Enemy and Chuck?  I have never met anyone that actually liked Chuck, I know its popular, its kind of like Bucks fans, I know they're out there I just never met one.

I actually just finished the first season of Eli Stone. Its really quite un-horrible.

Chuck is awesome. I mean its just really worth checking out. Impossibly untrue but awesome.

My Own Worst Enemy isn't great but I've been watching it...its not bad.

The fifth season of Entourage - already hands-down my favorite show on TV - has been absolutely killin' it.  It's a pleasure to have those fellas back in our lies on a weekly basis.

The Meadow Soprano guest appearance was a nice touch, too.
