I'm looking to start on creatine again and have heard with ethyl ester there is no loading phase and it works just as well. I'm curious about member experience. What works better for you? What do you suggest?

I suggest not getting involved with all of those powders.

Don't you see?

It's all just so much hopeless striving: the impatience of youth. Enjoy your time in the weight room; enjoy your dinner after you're done working out. Time will pass, and eventually you will get bigger. It's not a race, there's no contest.

Like everything else we rush to be the "best." But the best is not an ascertainable goal when you are talking about your life: and the food you eat, what you put in your body - that is your life. So much striving. It's unnecessary. Who knows what sacrifice you are making to have a bigger arm? What if you develop some colon problem? What if you become one of these men who preen around, so focused on their outward appearance, so tan and false?

Slow and steady my friend. You will be fine.

Thanks for the words... I think  :)

You sound a little concerned. I'm ok  ;)

I just want to get stronger for myself. Creatine is a natural supplement.

Creatine is one of the few products that has actually shown to work and is safe.  The stuff that is bad is creatine with ephedrine.  Creatine doesn't make you bigger, it just gives you that little extra push that allows you to increase reps.  Creatine is a protein created by the body naturally.  It  helps create energy during short bursts of muscle movement.  The extra creatine in your body just turns into urine.  However, if you keep taking creatine, your body will slow down the production due to the excessive number of creatine present already.  That is why you need to take cycles.  So your body doesn't adapt.

So my opinion, the safest is the stuff with the cycle.  You gotta take a good amount for the first couple of weeks then take 2 weeks off, then on and so on.  Remember that you still gotta work out though.  You have to do the work.

Yeah guys, leave Jsaad alone.  He's gonna be single in around 5 months and he needs to look good when hits the open market.

Glad to see you're planning ahead.

That would be monohydrate.

Have you ever supplemented creatine? I know with monohydrate there is a loading phase and then into a cycle.  Ester requires no loading or cycle but there is mixed reviews on its effectiveness. Also, From what I've read there was no negative side effects for using ethel ester.

I've never taken or thought about taking creatine. But as you might remember, I started a thread asking questions about protein powder, I've done some research myself. While I'm not entirely sure how reliable they are. I get the idea that creatine really overworks your kidney...not good IMO.
Anything is possible!!!
