On weekends I usually eat A TON for breakfast. Today I had

- 1/3 of a meatloaf

- 1/2 a chicken breast doused in honey mustard sauce

- a bowl of frosted mini wheats

- a glass of OJ

It was a toned down meal.

Yesterday was

- 2 eggs

- 2 pieces of toast

- some more meatloaf w/ ketchup (tried it with the eggs... wasn't good)

- a bowl of frosted mini wheats (there seems to be a pattern here...)

- a large bowl of rich soup

- 2 chocolate croissants
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Oatmeal with cinnamon and some craisins, a glass of milk with protein powder every weekday.

Weekends usually egg whites and ham or turkey.  Explain to me why I'm not in good shape.

Might be the 8 beers every night for dessert.

edit:  Oh, related note.  I REALLY HATE OATMEAL AND MILK WITH PROTEIN POWDER.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
1 glass OJ.

1 big cup dark roast coffee, with milk, bowl of granola+ milk.

Thats Mon-Fri...Sat and Sun are eggs+cheese+meat+toast in some kind of concoction, varying by day.
