He never really developed like process era dreamers envisioned and has further been set back by injury, but would he make sense as a 4th big for us? I don’t think he will command very much money.

He'd be good on a vet min. contract. He has some skills.

Saric has been playing more as an undersized offensive orientated center than a big forward in recent seasons. He has seen more success playing against bigger slower players than playing on the perimeter against quicker defenders.

I see him more as a 3rd string center option than a backup PF for us. I like him as a 3rd string center. I would be very happy to add him to the team.

If we go with a two big lineup all next year he'd be a good fit next to Horford, TIMELORD, or Zinger. All 3 of those guys are center/power forwards...

I tend to think of him as a large wing rather than a big.  I have barely noticed him since his early days with Philly when that team was a tanking circus.  I thought he had talent back then, but that team destroyed the careers of a bunch of players.

I wonder if he could rebound his career with a defined role in a winning culture.  I’d certainly offer him the $5 mill.

Saris is a minimum guy these days.

There will be a lot of decent role players available at the minimum. Celts should have some cache given playoff pedigree.

Injuries destroyed his ability. Not worth a late roster spot as he has no elite skills and isn't good enough to be all that useful.  I'd rather use those spots on guys that have elite skills like a 3 point shooter,, enforcer,, wing defender,, etx.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson

I’d take him as a 4th but happily. Good shooter and passer, solid rebounder. He’d be solid

Injuries have ruined him. He’s sort of toast now.
