the roster should change in the offseason regardless of whether the C's are knocked off tonight or if they win the title.  This roster needs more talent, period.  preferably another wing that can play D and hit 3s, a vet PG that can run an offense as well as hit a respectable percentage of shots including 3s and another big that can defend the paint and provide some perimeter D as well.   We've got the starters supported by White, Theis, Grant and PP and that's all we can sort of rely on and that's stretching it because they're not consistent.
D-White is the PG you speak of, but I agree on a wing and a big.

Doesn’t change anything for me.  Win or lose tonight, or in the finals, we need to swap Nesmith for a usable wing.  The Celtics have the TPEs to make it happen, so long as ownership backs up their stance of being willing to pay for a championship contender, as that’s what we have.
