They just held one last weekend after the SAC loss. 

It's going to take more than player meetings to right the ship but at least it appears they're attempting to salvage things.  Inconsistency is still there, though.

All the talking it is not going to fix our problems.   It might help with the guys with talent. 

But a talk is not going to help Carsen's shooting, Grant's lack of rebounding and jumping.   It won't change the fact that our roster is full of good guys who don't produce on the court.

We need more talent bottom line.  You can't talk talent into a guy.   You can fix these with existing talent.  I do think we could see more effort across the board.

There should be a front office only meeting.

That's where Ainge needs to start thinking about his future. Along with Brad Stevens.
