I'd much rather have Kuzma than Thompson, but that trade doesn't work financially and it is hard to make it work with Kuzma's poison pill.

The Clippers make more sense as they have more of a need for Thompson and they have Lou Williams expiring contract that gets most of the way there.  Like I'd probably do Williams and Kenard for Thompson and G. Williams or something like that.  Get Williams for this season and Kenard for the future.
