The title says it all what the intent with these trade proposals is:
Trade 1:
Celtics Out:
-  Kemba + Timelord + 21FRP
Thunder out:
- Horford + Muscala + 3 SRPs - Theirs (remove top 55 protection to us) + Houston + Denver

Since Muscala fits into the Poirier TPE Celtics Generate a new TPE that is the size of Kemba Salary - $34.4M.
Kemba gets a trade kicker - 3/4M for his inconveniences.
OKC does this because they 3 potentially a fourth SRP from GSW but lack FRPs in 2021 (only theirs is guaranteed for now)

Trade 2:
Celtics out:
- Smart + Thompson + Nesmith + 3 SRP from Trade 1
Raptors out:
- Lowry + S. Johnson (fits into the Kanter TPE)
Ujiri might  be hesitant to trade Lowry to a division rival but it is probably the better long term move for the Raptors since they are not resigning Lowry most likely.
Ainge adds championship experience and veteran leadership (though losing Smart but you have to pay something to get the best player in a deal). He could also offer him a 2 yr extension ( @30M??) with the idea of trading him to a desperate team next deadline (most likely Clippers).
I think a lot of people would hate losing Smart and TL but we are getting 2 smart and productive players at positions of need. We also roll forward the TPE (make it bigger) and can have some flexibility for trades going forward. We also remain below the luxury tax threshold.

Celtics lineup going into playoffs:
Lowry/PP/JT
Brown/RL/CE
Tatum/S Johnson / JG
Theis/Semi
Horford/Muscala/GW

Yikes!!  You think those trades make us better?  We'd be lucky to get out of the 1st round.

If Lowry and Horford stay healthy we definitely improve the starting lineup.
Bench is a little inconsistent but I would think Pritchard and Semi can keep us from sinking .. still have a TPE to add another vet
