Not really. The league's network and advertising partners are the biggest winners this offseason. I think a lot of what has been going on this summer has been about side money and not about basketball.

in the last 4 years, Celtics have signed 3 top free agents. Horford, Hayward and now Kemba...so players definitely will sign here

It seems like an odd time to take the "See, guys wnat to play in Boston" victory lap when Davis and Kawhi have both tried and succeeded in steering themselves away from Boston and Kyrie and Horford have both left. All in the last twelve months.
