I don't know what the NBA rules are on contracts (1+1), but could a strategy we deploy (given Kyrie's departure) we overpay to return Terry Rozier on a 1+1 deal ($12-15m per year)?

Terry combined with another contract could yield the return of a max FA.

So we think 2 step process:

1. Offseason Move 1: Sign Terry Rozier (above) for $12-15m/year.
2. Offseason Move 2: Trade for Anthony Davis (Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, Guerschon Yabusele and picks to NOP).
3. Mid-season Move: Move Terry Rozier with other parts for a max contract (Mike Conley or another PG).
