How long did it take Brad to finally go biG? Now if TIMELORD can just play those This back up minutes we'd have a really good big man rotation.

Too long. The duo Horford/Baynes is the Celtics' greatest strength.
Look how Baynes doing the dirty work, protecting the rim, rebounding, setting screens has elevated Horford's game.
The last month Horford is back playing like an All Star and not like an undersized center, who has too many responsibilities to deal with. Now we have to find out whether Theis or Williams can play some minutes during the playoffs as a back-up center, since we want to stagger Baynes and Horford's minutes as much as possible. Don't rely on Morris to being a 3rd 'big', since he has been absolutely terrible in 2019.

I think there's something wrong with this switch. The lights keep flickering.

This and the "shortening" of the lineup. With Hayward heading in the right direction and the reduction of playing time for some of the ball stoppers.

Playing against zone has been a godsend imo. In the short time we’ve played against it, it has:

1. Tatum playing less iso ball and actually open up a bit more of his untapped playmaking skills
2. Exposed guys like Rozier and Morris
3. Stopped Rozier from jacking up a whole bunch of shots
4. Playmakers like Smart, Kyrie and Hayward actually handling the rock more while also forcing the team to play through Horford

They just played back to back games against a plagued-up Miami Heat team.

R-E-L-A-X.

I'll believe it if they can beat Indiana in 5 or less games, and able to steal two in Milwaukee come playoff time.

What I like is the distribution of shots. Last night there was a clear distinction between the go-to-guys and the role players:

Irving 19
Tatum 17 (in 39 minutes)
Horford 16
Hayward 10 (and 13 free throws)

Rozier 5
Smart 4
Baynes 3
Ojeleye 3
Wanamaker 2
Theis 1

This will obviously change when Mook and Jaylen come back. That’s been the issue all season, which is why it’s almost better to look at their season per 36 stats.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Count me among those who don't believe there is a switch to flip.

What there is however, is the ability to have a healthy roster for the first time in 2 years.

Hayward is showing signs of being beyond the rehab stage. We haven't really seen the player that we thought we signed, ever.

Baynes has missed 30 games this year. Without a healthy Baynes we are basically playing without a center.

If Brown can recover from his back problems, we'll finally have the team at full strength just in time for the playoffs.

We are healthy for the first time in a while.

But we just aren't all that good.

Toronto, the Bucks, and GS are better, because they have Kawhi, Giannis, and Durant.
