aaahh...every player that Kyrie guards needs to be trapped

Another thing that's hysterical is anyone thinking his rebounds, assists, steals and blocks stats actually mean anything.

One more funny thing...Wyc announcing his support for Brad sucked the last drop of remaining oxygen in this team.

Oh I forgot too...your boy Porzingis just pulled a Kobe...or should I say a mamba.

And what good is Davis if we never deviate from the high post and use that nonsensical switching nonsense?

Good times ahead....

I am with you.

In the NBA, who needs rebounding? Or assists? Or steals? Or blocks?

Just show up with a jersey on your body, a smile on your face and you'll be fine.

Rofl. Yeah, why even measure stats, right? They can just be discounted when they don't mean anything ::)

I'm very interested to hear your fact-based dismissal of Kyrie's numbers

Well...this team's entire offense stagnates and has a deep chemistry problem so his assists are meaningless.

He has no defense so his steals ratio is the same

And if you're gonna depend on his rebounding and blocks, then you would be better off a knicks fan.
Simply put, this is all false

Who's to blame for Rozier going 1 for 8 and getting hung up on every screen in the 3rd quarter, allowing D-Lo to score 20 points in 6 minutes?  Terry Rozier KYRIE!

Oh wait, Kyrie didn't even play?  (ignore ignore ignore)

Perhaps the only thing that means less than Kyrie's empty stats is Triplenickle's empty words.

When we're good, it's in spite of Kyrie. When we're bad, it's because of Kyrie.

These are both true if he's playing, on the bench, or in street clothes. Insanity

Kyrie if you're looking for someone that can hit a tough shot in Game 7

Kemba if you want to only make it to the 1st round

The hate here is ridiculous.

FTFY

Love the way you rearranged my comment.

Kyrie didn’t even make it to the first round of the playoffs without lebron.

Kyrie is a fine player who hit a big shot.. but he had arguably the best player of all time on his team in his prime.

Lebron has two championship rings due to two shots that were not his own, Kyrie and Ray but let’s not sugarcoat why those teams were even in those positions in the first place.

If I had the choice of either player, kemba or Kyrie. I take the no nonsense one that is a slight tier below the other.. and kemba can hit big shots also - do people already forget what he did to us in the 4th two week ago?

Paul Pierce didn't win a title until KG came to town. Does that make Pierce any less of a player?

It's a team game. No team wins a title thanks solely to one player. Lebron needed teammates like Kyrie and Ray as much as guys like Kyrie and Ray needed a guy like Lebron.

How come Lebron's Lakers aren't going to the playoffs this season?

If you're comparing two players, you can't ignore past accomplishments.

And you also can't ignore the fact that Kyrie has won an NBA title, while Kemba has yet to make it past the first round.

Also, for those who criticize Kyrie for being so ball-dominant, then you'll be in for a real treat with Kemba.

Personally, I like Kemba alot and would take him on my team any day. But, I just don't think he brings as much to the game as Kyrie.

Kyrie is just a very cerebral player with great court vision and ball handling, which Kemba doesn't quite measure up to.

My only issue with Kyrie is his surly demeanor in interactions with the media but I also don't let that cloud my judgement of him as a player.

It's not that i'm a Rozier fan, it's just if a team is gonna play that defensive style then Kyrie is just the wrong point for it. I believe Smart should be the starting point anyway.

Since it's still lost on everyone how terrible this team has looked this year with Kyrie running the show, we can only wait to see if they have a better record and go farther than the 2017 team.

I guess if Kyrie gets his numbers while they look like a lottery team, it's all good.  I do know one thing....I absolutely hate this team and wouldn't care if any of the players, coach, Danny and owners are back next year.
