My opinion is that there are certain expectations when conducting trades and other business within NBA front offices, and Cleveland, even though they think they are being crafty/clever, really is screwing up any good will in terms of working with other teams around the league.
The only good thing that organization has going for it is that Lebron makes them contenders, but he is leaving after this year. All they will have left is a bunch of massively overpaid role players, an overrated coach, a nutty owner, and a rookie GM who thinks he is going to outsmart other GMs he is trying to work with.
Danny may be known to often get the best of other teams, but he seems pretty straight-forward and has made a name for himself in this league. Frankly, this is embarrassing for Cleveland and this is embarrassing for the league. These players are professionals and it is unfair to leave them (along with the fans) in a state of limbo while some smart-a$$ attempts to extract even more out of deal that many thought he already won.
