  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
We cash in on Avery Bradley before he takes a lot of money. Start Jaylen Brown at the SG spot to further his development.

Sign plug in guys for big money, one year deals. Keep being competitive while still having the flexibility to open cap room for next year, or 2019.

Or just blow it up, trade IT, Horford, AB and Crowder and have a lineup of Rozier, Smart, Brown, Tatum and Zizic. Sign Alex Len maybe. By tanking, we may end up with THREE chances of getting TWO top 5 picks.

Either one is fine by me, but I'd rather blow it up.

I actually think this how is plays out. Boston misses on Hayward and just resigns KO...they then give big minutes to Brown and Tatum and develop them.

There really is nothing out there to go after that moves the needle. Might as well commit to winning via the draft

I've never been a huge fan of blowing things up but wow, Smart, Brown and Tatum would be fun to watch. And 3 top 10 picks would be pretty amazing (with 2 in the top 5). Of course, watching all the losing would suck.

We've been there before, it wouldn't be as bad.

Don't think anyone wants Bradley. Overpaid, a FA and is always hurt

You have literally lost your mind IF you think that the BEST perimeter defender in the NBA is OVERPAID at around $8 million a year!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sixers could use him.

Actually, OKC could use him. Do they have another 1st they can throw?

Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

If we land nobody, aside from the disaster of asset management that would represent, it'd mean we should choose to err on the side of youth development, i.e., push Crowder to the bench and start Brown, maybe even start Tatum at PF right off the bat like an actual bottom feeder would, force feed them minutes, revealing their talent sooner than softly folding them into a vet lineup would. Tatum is supposedly already familiar with pro concepts, so let's test that out immediately. If the two of them really are star talents, they'll swim instead of sink, and if they swim, and swim well, they could very well propel us to true contention almost as well as Hayward and George would've.

Isaiah
Bradley
Brown
Tatum
Horford

with a bench of Smart, Crowder, Olynyk, Rozier, Zizic, Yabusele, Ojeleye

Or this. Wave the white flag and trade/release everyone over 25.
