I hope I remember to bump this thread when we're in the conference finals this spring.

Stevens has an equal say in personnel, as I heard Danny say, and that could be a problem.

I don't doubt his game coaching ability, but I do doubt his ability to act as an NBA GM on personnel decisions. I wonder if he knows how to put a championship NBA team together.

Here's a guy used to taking a bunch of kids who were rejects of bigger schools, and molding them into winners. Smaller guys, in his words. That isn't the NBA. To win in the NBA, you must have balance and depth. They are a bit short on both.

Although you are right, I hope you don't.  Save those brain cells for something important!

The Celtics problems can be boiled down to one thing, size. They're just too [dang] undersized at nearly every position. This gets exacerbated when they play Horford at center.

You need length to defend at a consistently high level, effort and intelligence will only get you so far if you lack the physical size to matchup with opponents.

does management start making demands? Do the fans and sports media turn on him? Does he bail for college if the heat turns up.

How should Celtics management handle this. Cuddle him so he does not bail to college, or [dang] the consequences and start demanding more production.

Bump........

So who is IT upset with? Brad? teammates? or Danny?

Who is the face of the Celtics? IT, Horoford, or Crowder?

probably time to bump this thread.....

I see a lot of criticism of Brad this season.

If you find it necessary to bump your own thread twice to continue the discussion, you may need to redefine "a lot of criticism."

Well stated Boris.  Tp. Also, CBS drew up some Jim dandy plays tonight to help win the game.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
