We need a upgrade over Zeller and Amir in the worst way

I like how David Lee basically admitted he STOLE $15 million from the Celtics....JERK.

That sounds interesting...do you have link for that. Or, is it old news?

All it says is "small sample size"

what? use common sense in a discussion with flybono? blasphemy!
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Yeah, and I don't see any help in sight. Stevens wants only bigs who can hang on the perimeter. And what Stevens wants, he gets.

David Lee just killed them... I think that's all you need to know.

does it?

We lost to Cleveland without Horford or Crowder by 6 (they are 13-2 and 9-1 on the road)
We lost to San Antonio by 4 (whos undefeated on the road and 14-3).
We got crushed by Golden State with no Crowder or Horford (who is 15-2 and on a 11 game win streak)

We split with Chicago.

So yeah, we lost to easily the two best teams in the league without Crowder and Horford and then lost a close one to San Antonio and split with the Bulls.

Weve played 5 games against 500+ teams. It will even out later in the year.

Plus regular season record vs 500+ teams has not been any more indicative of playoff success than straight up win %.

wait, Im sorry I must have misinterpreted your post.

we are 4-4 against 500 teams. what are you talking about?

Great win in Miami last night without Horford, despite Whitesides' protection by refs. Zeller played well early when they built a lead. Less impressed with KO, who is very sluggish around basket--partly from his near complete inability to jump. Plus gained weight? I don't know what Ainge saw in this guy (Bird? LOL) to draft him 13 or 14 overall.

With Zeller and KO, you got two big guys of limited mobility. They don't match up well inside with athletic longs who can move and play over the rim. Whitesides started slowly, maybe because of his knee (arthritic?), but dominated 2nd half. I give Zeller credit because the guy really tries. And he can shoot and pass.

Still, that excellent Celtics core of IT, Crowder, Bradley and Smart came through without Horford. Miami is not a great team, but any NBA team is tough to beat at home, especially without your one quality big, Horford.
