We have the least pure talent of those three teams.   Talent is not the end all, however, Wolves and Sixers have losing cultures as of late.  I think guys will bolt on them as soon as they can.

I said Timberwolves. They have two legit stars for future. 76ers are about there in terms of raw talent. Lakers and Celtics follow, and I think even Lakers are better suited for future in terms of talent than us - currently. This might change with trades, draft, and a huge Jaylen breakout.

But I believe having the correct coach is also very important. We probably have the best one, followed by Walton - I don't trust Thibodeau over the course of 5+ years. 76ers are the least lucky in that regard.

As an organization, Celtics and Lakers are the most "cool" with dealing with success and pressure. Wolves have never been there yet. 76ers have been gone so long, they might have a problem dealing with being called a contender - at least at the start.

Wolves>Celtics>Philly>Lakers at the moment

Wolves have KAT and Wiggins, a good defensive coach and control of their picks. They have some interesting trade pieces like Dunn or Rubio and Lavine to get into the mix for another established leader. Their biggest hindrance might be the desire to pay luxury tax

Celtics have  the easiest path to success in the next few yeas but also have the Brooklyn picks to add to a competitive core. The flexibility they currently have keeps us this high

Philly has the potential to challenge Minny at the top of this. If Embiid can go a full2 seasons with no major injury concerns then they should be. They also need to turn some of their assets into pieces that can help win a championship. Something with Okafor or Noel for complimentary pieces probably. oo much uncertainty at the moment to list them ahead of us. A year can change a lot though

Lakers are bottom simply because I don't buy into the talent. Russell maxes out as Irving-lite with no defence and Randle wont be a compliment to a playoff team in my eyes. Ingram is good but it's early days
